Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its stats base and often increases its other features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the number of random augmentations applied.
The racial Shield elite Razortail, for example, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP and/or provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an item you have acquired like armor, weapon, or ring. The item is swapped for one of the same type with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. They don't keep the original level of the item and any wasted resources will not be refunded.
item upgrader can be obtained by survivors through several means, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates or purchased from the market at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of a piece equipment for example, increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can roll their equipment in three aspects: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage of melee and weapons attack while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the space until the next Success result is rerolled. This is a way to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened they will display a complete description and an icon for the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.
As a result, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This affects the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These stones are special stones that boost the value of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. These stones can also be obtained by players who complete daily contracts.
To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will display a list of the item's levels and what it will be when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements have been satisfied, the user can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could take between seconds and minutes.
The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the longevity of the item. It's a great way for players who want to gain an advantage in battle but don't want to burden their wallets. Additionally, players can transfer the experience and advancement of an upgraded item to a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.
The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for new players. However, there are numerous ways to acquire these stones, such as contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an optional feature that lets players boost the base stats of weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will use up the upgrade materials and give the item an upgrade level, giving the item an additional boost in that particular area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item is reached.
Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be added to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade component requires a certain number of items as well as a certain level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station features two slots: the first is where players can place a piece of equipment to be upgraded, and the right shows a preview of what the gear will look like once it is at its next level. Once a player has enough materials, pressing the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small percentage. The maximum level of an item is 19.
When an item reaches its maximum capacity and is no longer upgraded, it does not have the option of upgrading. Also, when an item is on the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to the track will be offered at discounts.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools to provide an extra effect or attribute benefit while the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, obtained by completing quests or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by acquiring new ones. However, this could ruin the previous upgrade.
Requirements
Items upgrades allow players to boost certain stats of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item will differ based on the type of item however, you'll usually require Dilithium as well as an amount of Upgrade Tokens.
The items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This will give them additional effects or an increase in item level. The upgrades can be acquired through a variety of sources in the game, including crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is placed in an item it can't be removed and changed without restriction, however, the glyphs that are used in gathering tools can be swapped out without restriction.
Upgrades can boost the Mark Level or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components include additional modifiers that can enhance the stats of the item.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and adds an extra 20% chance to block. Additionally, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.
Certain items benefit from being upgraded less because of their improved stats, but because it allows players to get the most value from a perfect roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for instance, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and can be worth as much as 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.
The game will display the requirements once you choose the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. These include the type of item (either Armor or Weapon), the level of the item as well as the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.
Once you've met the required requirements for upgrading the game will put the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to show how close to completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
